How we work

  1. You send the form with your city, property type and what happened.
  2. We get back to you to clarify urgency and safety and arrange an on-site assessment.
  3. After the assessment you receive a scope and estimate to approve.
  4. Cleanup, sanitisation and odour treatment follow the agreed scope after official release.
  5. Photos and notes document the job for you and your insurer.
